After the Avant, Audi releases first images of sixth-generation A6 Sedan
Last month, Audi wowed everyone when it unveiled the all-new A6 Avant. Now on its sixth generation, the latest A6 was first revealed in wagon form, and boy, does it look stylish. So when can we expect the all-new sedan to make its debut?
Following the reveal of the latest A6 Avant, the German automaker has teased the all-new A6 Sedan, which will make its world debut on April 15, 2025. According to Audi, the classic business sedan will “set standards in design and aerodynamics and bring innovation and comfort to life in the premium full-size class.”
Based on Audi's teaser image, the all-new A6 will have a sleek set of LED taillights that appear to be the same ones found on the A6 Avant. But unlike the Avant, the A6 Sedan will have a trunk, which we're curious to see.

Other details about the upcoming A6 Sedan are not yet available, although Audi did mention that the all-new model has a lower drag coefficient to make it more efficient. The automaker also mentioned it will have a more balanced suspension and drive which will translate to a more precise and controlled driving experience.
Engine choices for the all-new Audi A6 Sedan will likely be the same as the A6 Avant. That means its initial engine lineup may consist of two mild-hybrid (MHEV) powertrain options. These include a 2.0L TDI four-cylinder diesel that puts out 204 PS and a 3.0L TFSI V6 that cranks out 367 PS.
With the all-new Audi A6 Sedan set for its debut next week, we can perhaps expect both the A6 Avant and Sedan variants to make their way to the Philippines later this year or in early 2026.
