Aston Martin reveals updated DBX707 with redesigned cabin
It's only been two years since Aston Martin revealed the mighty DBX707. Billed by the Gaydon-based automaker as the most powerful luxury SUV, the high-performance crossover packs a twin-turbo V8 engine that doles out 707 PS and 900 Nm of torque. Paired with a quick-shifting 9-speed dual-clutch gearbox, the DBX707 can quickly sprint from 0 – 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and reach an impressive 311 km/h top speed.
It's been available in the Philippines since last year and can be yours for a cool PHP 33.5 million. However, Aston Martin has been quite busy updating the luxury crossover SUV for the past couple of years. Heck, the automaker has just revealed the 2025 DBX707 and it gets more than just a subtle facelift.

With the DB12 and Vantage featuring Aston Martin's new design philosophy, the brand decided to make the interior of the 2025 DBX707 get a similar look. That's right, the infotainment system and instrument panel get a new look and are separated to give it a more stylish look. More importantly, the automaker has decided to stick with tradition and retained plenty of physical buttons and switches. From the climate control system, suspension modes, steering settings, heated/ventilated seats, and more, not everything is controlled via the touchscreen.
Speaking of touchscreen, the 2025 DBX707 comes with a 10.25-inch infotainment media display that's powered by the brand's latest software. It comes with wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, multiple USB-C ports, and a full suite of online connectivity features. Complementing the touchscreen is a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument cluster that delivers crisp graphics and a high-definition display.

For Aston Martin, keeping the physical buttons for managing the in-car features plays a key role not just in delivering a tactile feel to its customers, but also allows for a safer driving experience since drivers won't have to rely solely on the touchscreen.

Besides giving the DB707 a fresh new interior, Aston Martin also gave the powerful crossover SUV a wicked sound system. Available as an option, the 2025 DBX707 can be equipped with a 23-speaker from Bowers & Wilkins. It comes with Dedicated 3D Headline speakers, bass speakers, and a powerful subwoofer that delivers a dynamic sound experience. They also claim the entire system generates a double-amplified 1,600W of sound fidelity.

Exterior-wise, Aston Martin kept almost everything the same for the latest update. However, the vehicle now comes with new door handles that electronically move outward when the SUV is unlocked. It also gets new flush-fitted glass on its side mirrors which makes for a cleaner look.
Last but not least, there are new wheel finishes and body colors. Starting with the former, there's Satin Black on the 23-inch Fortis wheel design and Copper Bronze on the 23-inch Forged wheel. As for the paint finishes, there are five new colors available; Epsilon Black, Helios Yellow, Sprint Green, Malachite Green, and Aura Green.

Under the hood, all remains the same as it continues to be powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 that pumps out 707 PS and a whopping 900 Nm of pull. Mated to a 9-speed dual-clutch transmission with AWD, the DBX707 can catapult itself from 0 – 100 km/h in as little as 3.3 seconds. Its top speed has also been carried over and is still at 311 km/h.
With production of the 2025 DBX707 set to begin in Q2 of 2024, the first deliveries are set to begin in Q2 of this year. With that, it might take a while before the refreshed luxury crossover SUV makes its way here.
