For 25 consecutive years, Isuzu Philippines remains as the country’s leading truck brand
Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has again proven why it’s the most preferred truck brand in the country. IPC is proud to celebrate a historic milestone after it maintained its number one position as the leading truck brand in the Philippines for 25 consecutive years.
This is a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This was done after IPC was able to sell 4,591 truck units which translates to a 41% market share in the country and achieving a Triple Crown Feat by dominating all three major truck categories: light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty trucks.
Leading the charge was the N-Series light-duty truck which continued its reign as the best-selling light-duty truck model in the country for an unprecedented 26 consecutive years. A total of 2,816 units of the N-Series were sold in 2024 - capturing 43% of the Category III market share.
Meanwhile, the F-Series medium-duty truck saw 1,534 units sold to new customers last year. This allowed IPC to achieve a 40% market share in the Medium-Duty Trucks and Buses segment. Last but not least, Isuzu was able to sell 245 units in the Category V (Heavy-Duty Trucks) segment which secured them a 33.2% share in the market. This further cements Isuzu’s reputation as the go-to brand for large-scale logistics and infrastructure projects.
Aside from being the preferred truck brand in the country for a quarter of a century in the Philippines, IPC also attributes its market dominance to its industry-leading aftersales services and customer support. Combined with the fact the company has 48 dealerships in the country, nationwide parts availability, mobile medic trucks, Japanese Service Field Engineers, Specialized Driver and Mechanic Training Programs, and High-Quality Body Applications by Authorized Builders, Isuzu always puts quality vehicles and reliable customer service as their top priority.
“Our commitment goes beyond selling trucks; we are dedicated to being a reliable partner for our customers by offering comprehensive aftersales support that ensures their trucks remain in
optimal condition throughout their lifespan. We will continue to provide our customers with exceptional service, ensuring that Isuzu remains their ‘Responsible Partner’ for years to come,” said Tetsuya Fujita, president of IPC.
