Nissan Philippines successfully holds first-ever Nissan Festival
February 1, 2026, will be remembered by enthusiasts as one of the biggest gatherings of Nissan vehicles, fans, and enthusiasts in the country. From heritage vehicles to timeless modern classics, as well as go-anywhere 4x4s and tuner cars that made the brand a household name, the 2026 Nissan Festival saw over a thousand Nissan fans come together as one.
A Car Club Parade and Heritage Lap opened the festival and featured over 50 cars and 10 heritage vehicles that were led by various Nissan car club members. The parade of Nissan cars around Clark became a moving tribute to the nameplates that have shaped Nissan’s past, present, and future.

Clark International Speedway stood as ground zero for everything Nissan on a clear sunny day. Over 1,700 attendees were present, including over 20 Nissan clubs in the country. Enthusiasts were able to enjoy ogling at different kinds of cars in the pit lane, like the generations of the Z, souped-up builds of the R32 and R34 Skyline GT-Rs, and even rare Nissan models like the Stagea and the droptop Silvia S15 Varietta, which only saw a production of 1,134 units globally.

Fans of big rigs were not disappointed as modified examples of the Navara and Terra also made their presence felt. Whether it’s built for off-road or transformed into a mobile home away from home, those who like exploring the outdoors had plenty to see during the Nissan Festival. Various examples of the X-Trail were also at the Nissan Festival. From pristine survivors to customized builds, as well as trail-ready versions. Even the Kicks e-Power was present and made sure everyone had a good look at it.

Serving as the guest of honor during the Nissan Festival was none other than Hiroshi Tamura, AKA the “Godfather of the GT-R”. Tamura now serves as a brand ambassador to Nissan and had a personal hand in the development of the much-revered Nissan GT-R and the all-new Nissan Z RZ34.
Not only did Tamura share his passion for cars with enthusiasts, but a select few were able to sit beside him while he drove a Nissan Z NISMO around Clark Speedway at full tilt. Tamura also interacted with owners and asked about their builds. Several lucky guests were also able to get their vehicles and Nissan merch signed by Mr. GT-R himself.

Nissan Festival also featured a special collaboration of Nissan and QUICCS that connects car culture and art through a special Z-NISMO-inspired installation that featured a life-size TEQ63 with a limited edition die-cast car collection. It was aptly renamed TEQ23 as a nod to the brand, which is also called 2 (Ni) 3(san) by Japanese fans.
High-performance driving became the main focus in the afternoon, which was led by Ashley Sison, who thrilled everyone with skillful driving maneuvers around the track. Fellow Nissan brand ambassador Matteo Guidicelli was also in attendance and participated in a driving exhibition that highlighted the brand’s motorsport heritage to the public. Last but not least were Marlon Stockinger and F4 Motul Racer & Brand Ambassador Inigo Anton, who joined the event as special guests.
One thing was clear after all was said and done: Filipinos love the Nissan brand and its vehicles. Whether it’s an iconic classic from yesteryear, a JDM tuner that’s been extensively modified, or preserved heritage models that withstood the test of time, the Nissan Festival showed just how revered and loved the brand is by Filipino enthusiasts and customers.
