It looks like MMPC is already busy testing the Xforce crossover SUV
It looks like Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) is already busy preparing for its newest model launch. Earlier this year, MMPC confirmed they will be launching the Xforce this coming June. This was further backed up by the fact that MMPC has already received regulatory approval for a new vehicle powered by a 1499cc engine which translates to a 1.5-liter motor.
Not only that, but Mitsubishi has started exporting the Xforce crossover SUV across Southeast Asia. Fast forward to the present day, an eagle-eyed enthusiast was able to spot the upcoming Mitsubishi Xforce on PH roads.

The soon-to-be-launched crossover is painted in a striking yellow color which is the same color they used when they launched it in Indonesia last year. Also worth mentioning is the fact it has an LTO conduction sticker on its windshield - further cementing the fact that this Xforce is a Philippine unit.

No other details of the PH-spec Xforce have been revealed by the automaker. However, just like the vehicle launched in Vietnam & Indonesia, the B-segment SUV will likely have a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 105 PS and 141 Nm of torque. Power is then transferred to a CVT that drives the front wheels.
As for in-car amenities, the vehicle will likely be available with the following; a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a multi-meter display that pays homage to the Pajero, an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8-speaker Yamaha sound system, dual-zone automatic climate control, 40:20:40 split-rear seats, and high-quality leather on high-grade variants.

Size-wise, the upcoming Xforce for the Philippines will most likely measure 4390mm long, 1810mm wide, and 1660mm tall. Since its chassis is derived from the Xpander, the Xforce will have a generous ground clearance of 222mm which is 2mm more than the already high-riding Xpander/Xpander Cross.
With only a month to go before the Philippine launch of the Xforce, MMPC probably has its hands full already.
