All-new Hyundai Palisade engines, dimensions leaked
Last week, Hyundai officially took the covers off the next-generation Palisade flagship SUV. Borrowing some inspiration from the all-new Santa Fe, the latest Palisade trades curves for a boxier shape along with a more prominent front fascia. Hyundai was also busy giving it a more luxurious yet minimalist interior complete with digital displays and physical buttons.
Unfortunately, Hyundai has yet to reveal the powertrain options and exact dimensions of the all-new Palisade. However, an Instagram user by the name of owners_club_ managed to get a hold of the Palisade's supposed new engines and dimensions.

Starting with the engines, the 3.8L naturally-aspirated V6 is no more as it will reportedly be replaced by a slightly smaller 3.5L V6 that will make 280 PS. There will also be a 2.5L turbocharged four-cylinder that supposedly makes more power at 290 PS. The 2.2L turbo-diesel will reportedly be carried over as well and is expected to make 194 PS and 441 Nm of torque.
Last but not least, Hyundai will also reportedly offer a hybrid version of the 2.5L turbo powertrain for electrified powertrains. Thanks to an electric motor and battery pack, it will supposedly generate 334 PS and have a range of over 1,000 km.

Size-wise, the all-new Santa Fe will apparently measure 5050mm long which is 55mm more than the outgoing model. Width and height dimensions were not mentioned although its wheelbase now measures 2970mm, 70mm more than what the current generation has. Combined with the Range Rover-like exterior design, the all-new Hyundai Palisade looks marginally bigger.
Will Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. bring the all-new Palisade here? Or will they stick with the Santa Fe as the brand's current flagship crossover SUV? And what engines could be offered here should the automaker bring the latest Palisade in the Philippines?
