BMW PH reveals more affordable variant of the all-new X1 xDrive25e PHEV
BMW Philippines SMC Asia Car Distributors Corp. has just launched a new variant of its smallest plug-in hybrid (PHEV) model yet, and it's more affordable than the M Sport version launched last month.
Say hello to the new BMW X1 xDrive25e xLine, which offers a perfect balance of rugged versatility, sophisticated design, and the advanced efficiency of a state-of-the-art plug-in hybrid powertrain.
Starting with the exterior, the xLine variant comes with a clearly structured design language and robust exterior accents. These include 18-inch light alloy wheels and adaptive LED headlights. Complementing the stylish exterior is its high-tech cabin, which comes with the BMW Live Cockpit Plus. It consists of a 10.25-inch instrument cluster and a 10.7-inch widescreen display powered by the latest iDrive Operating System 9, ensuring seamless connectivity and intuitive control.
Beyond that, the X1 xDrive25e xLine also comes with BMW ConnectedDrive Services; the integrated system enables a modern digital experience for the driver. Furthermore, passengers can enjoy premium comfort with Veganza perforated black upholstery, sport seats for the driver and front passenger, and a high-quality stereo speaker system. Other key amenities include Comfort Access, an automatic tailgate, and a wireless charging shelf for smartphones.
Like the X1 xDrive25e M Sport, the new xLine comes with an electrified 1.5L turbocharged three-cylinder that benefits from an electric motor and a battery pack. This gives the crossover a combined 245 PS with 477 Nm of torque and is coupled to a hybrid-specific xDrive AWD system. On battery power alone, the electrified X1 can travel up to 102 km based on the WLTP cycle, making it ideal for daily urban commutes.
The new BMW X1 xDrive25e xLine is available in a sophisticated range of eight striking colors, including Alpine White, Black Sapphire, Mineral White, Dune Grey, Cape York Green, Space Silver, Night Dusk Blue, and Fire Red.
The X1 xDrive25e xLine retails for PHP 3,398,000 and comes with a portable flexi charger, a 5-year comprehensive BMW warranty (or 200,000km whichever comes first), and an 8-year warranty for the electric battery (or 120,000km whichever comes first).
