Bangkok 2025: Refreshed Hyundai Creta looks sleek with N Line package
Hyundai launches 2025 Creta N Line at 46th Bangkok International Motor Show
It was at the start of the New Year when Hyundai officially launched the refreshed 2025 Creta to Southeast Asia. First revealed in Indonesia, the B-SUV gets a makeover inside & out and now comes with the brand's “Sensuous Sportiness” design language.
We initially thought that after Indonesia, Hyundai would eventually bring the updated Creta to the Philippines. However, we'll have to wait for a little more while as the facelifted Hyundai Creta made its Thai debut at the 46th Bangkok International Motor Show.
Like the one launched in the Indonesian market, the Thai-spec Creta gets a Palisade-inspired redesign albeit comes with the N Line appearance pack. The result is a sporty and eye-catching B-SUV that consists of a Parametric Jewel front grille complete with an N Line badge, distinct LED daytime running lights, cube-shaped multi-reflector LED headlights, stylish two-tone 18-inch alloy wheels, and blacked-out elements on the roof, bumpers, and side mirror caps.
Size-wise, the 2025 Creta N Line measures 4330mm long, 1790mm wide, 1635mm tall, and comes with a 2610mm wheelbase. It also has a ground clearance of 200mm and a curb weight of 1,215 kg.
The interior of the Creta has also been redesigned with an emphasis on tech and a more ergonomic layout. For starters it now has a pair of 10.25-inch screens – one serves as the touchscreen infotainment while the other is the digital instrument cluster. The result is an almost panoramic view for the driver and front passenger.
The wider touchscreen, however, meant Hyundai had to replace the central aircon vents lower to accommodate the bigger display. Speaking of aircon, the 2025 Creta is now available with dual-zone climate control on high-grade variants and comes with physical buttons and knobs. Other key features present in the 2025 Creta include a leather-wrapped steering, leather upholstery, wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, a wireless charging pad, an 8-speaker Bose sound system, and Smartsense intelligent driver aids.
Under the hood, the Thai-spec 2025 Creta N Line is available with only one powertrain, a 1.5L naturally-aspirated four-cylinder that makes 115 PS and 144 Nm of torque. Power is then sent to the front wheels via an Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT). It comes with four drive modes which include; Normal, Eco, Sports, and Smart. Meanwhile, the traction control system can be set for Snow, Mud, and Sand for better terrain capability.
With the 2025 Hyundai Creta now in Thailand, we're hoping it will soon arrive in the Philippine market as the B-SUV needs a refresh. We're keeping our fingers crossed it will make an appearance at the 2025 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) next month.
