Third-generation Nissan Juke looks straight out of Cyberpunk

Remember when our spies spotted what could be the next-generation Nissan Juke? Well, our spies were right, as Nissan recently revealed the latest generation of its funky crossover, and it gets more than just a major makeover.

As part of Nissan’s plan to offer more electric vehicles (EVs) in Europe, the third-generation Nissan Juke is now a zero-emissions vehicle. That’s right, it has swapped internal combustion for electric propulsion. It joins the likes of the Micra, the third-generation Leaf, and Ariya as the brand’s premier EV offerings in Europe.

From its design, the all-new Juke features a muscular exterior complemented by geometric shapes. This gives the Juke a unique and dynamic appearance that makes standout from other crossover SUVs. It also has a more coupe-like profile, sharp edges, and a steeply sloping roofline, which gives the Juke a more clear-cut and hatchback-like design.

The geometric patterns, combined with the muscular wheel arches and the eye-catching LED taillights & headlights, also give the Juke a Cyberpunk-like look that complements the vehicle’s futuristic design. Last but not least are the black body cladding and unpainted bumper, which give the Juke a bit of rugged charm in contrast to the edgy vehicle design.

Other details about the all-new Nissan Juke have yet to be revealed. However, Nissan did say it will be made at Nissan’s Sunderland Plant in the UK. Its exact specifications also remain a mystery, but the all-new Juke will most likely be underpinned by the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi CMF EV architecture. Moreover, the all-electric Juke could be available with various battery packs: 40 kWh, 55 kWh, and 63 kWh for the top-of-the-line models.

As far as electric motors are concerned, entry-level and mid-range models could come with a single electric motor, while the top-of-the-line variants could come with dual electric motors. When it comes to range, the Juke could have a range between 400 km and 500 km.
