2024 Honda BR-V N7X Edition looks great in Sand Khaki Pearl

Say hello to the special edition Honda BR-V N7X

Before Honda revealed the second generation BR-V, the automaker first debuted the N7X concept which is in itself a thinly-veiled production version of the former. Despite being called a concept, the N7X looks very similar to the all-new BR-V when it was officially revealed shortly after.

Now, Honda has revealed a special edition model of the BR-V aptly named N7X Edition. Revealed recently at the 2024 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS), the BR-V N7X Edition gets several exterior enhancements that give the 7-seater crossover a more discerning look.

Beginning with the most obvious things first, the N7X Edition comes with a different grille finished in dark chrome, chrome-accented foglight bezels, and a sporty bumper kit for the front & rear. In case you haven't noticed it yet, the N7X Edition can be painted in a unique shade called Sand Khaki Pearl that's exclusive only to the special edition model. However, there are also other colors available like Opal White Pearl, Crystal Black Pearl, and Meteoroid Gray.

Other key exterior changes made to the BR-V N7X Edition include; blacked-out side mirrors, door handles, shark fin antenna & tailgate spoiler, and 17-inch alloy wheels painted in gloss black.

Inside, the BR-V N7X Edition remains unchanged and still features a stylish and ergonomic dashboard design. These include the touchscreen infotainment system that supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, & Bluetooth connectivity, automatic climate control, the dual-gauge cluster with center multi-info display, leather upholstery on higher-grade versions, and a rear center armrest.

Under the hood remains the 1.5-liter four-cylinder i-VTEC engine that puts out 121 PS with 145 Nm of torque. Depending on the variant chosen, the BR-V N7X Edition can come with a CVT or a 6-speed manual gearbox. Last but not least, the BR-V N7X Edition is available with Honda Sensing which gives it a host of intelligent driver aids like adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, Honda LaneWatch, lane centering assist, and front departure alert.

With Indonesia getting the BR-V N7X Edition first, could other ASEAN markets like the Philippines get a similar-looking special edition model of the BR-V?
