Anton makes a breakthrough rookie season in the 2025 South East Asia F4 Championship
Filipino racing prodigy Iñigo Navarrete Anton scored big as he won the 2025 Formula 4 South East Asia (F4 SEA) Rookie Championship. Competing in his debut full season in the 2025 F4 SEA series, Anton clinched the Rookie Cup title, marking a proud milestone for the young driver competing with Alex Yoong's Black Arts Racing.

Racing against a highly competitive field of 16 drivers from 11 countries, Anton’s performance throughout the season demonstrated exceptional skill and consistency. The F4 SEA Championship, certified by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), awards valuable Super Licence points to top performers — a critical step toward higher levels of professional racing.
Anton bested drivers Ben Anh Nguyễn from Vietnam (2nd) and Ayrton Asthadorn from Thailand (3rd) in the Rookie Championship.
Beyond securing the Rookie Championship, Anton also achieved a third-place overall finish in the 2025 championship standings — an impressive feat for a first-year driver. He finished behind Vietnamese driver Alex Sawer (1st) and Aussie Seth Gilmore (2nd), while Niccolò Maccagnani of the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy rounded out the top four.

The 2025 F4 SEA season concluded last September 21, featuring rounds held at world-class circuits including the Sepang International Circuit (Malaysia), Chang International Circuit (Buriram, Thailand), and the Bangsaen Street Circuit (Thailand).
These tracks provided a dramatic backdrop for high-speed battles that highlighted the next generation of international racing talent.
Anton’s achievement showcases the Philippines’ potential to compete at the highest levels of global motorsport.
"This victory means a lot — not just for me, but for every Filipino who dreams of racing internationally," Anton said. "We’ve once again proven that talent from the Philippines can stand on equal ground with the best young drivers in the world."
"I would also like to thank my main sponsor, Motul Luzon Infiniteserv, for their unwavering support for my racing campaign."
