Fuji, slated to open its doors in the fourth quarter of 2025. This car-themed establishment will further enhance the vibrant lifestyle offerings at the premier destination for discerning car enthusiasts in Libis, Quezon City.
The Paddock by Mt. Fuji will be the third Japanese outlet operated by the renowned restaurant group, which already has successful locations in Acrocity and the Manila Polo Club in Makati. Its unique automotive theme perfectly aligns with The AutoComplex's innovative concept, promising a unique dining experience for visitors.

The contract signing ceremony to formalize the partnership between the two companies was held on July 4, 2025, at Mt. Fuji Restaurant in Acrocity business/lifestyle hub in Guiguinto, Bulacan. Representing Mt. Fuji Restaurant were Keith Anthony Wongchuking and Caesar Angelo Wongchuking; while The AutoComplex was represented by Archie Chiang and Chris Qui.
In addition to The Paddock, The AutoComplex will be welcoming more visionary premium lifestyle and auto brands to the growing TAC community. Concepts may soon include an indoor golf simulator, dyno testing and tuning service, and a high-end fragrance retailer.
