Philippine International Motor Show announced for June 2026
10th PIMS will happen from June 4 to 7
The 10th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) is all set for next year after the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc. (CAMPI) shared the official dates for 2026.
Unlike previous iterations of the shows, which usually occur around September or October every other year, next year's PIMS will happen in June 2026. That's right, the 10th edition of the biennial motor show will occur on June 4 – 7, 2026, and will be held at the World Trade Center Metro Manila in Pasay City.
No specific reason was given for the move, but we surmise that, given the complications brought about by the heavy rain and flooding during the 2024 edition, the shift in date was logical. The official theme of next year's PIMS has yet to be revealed, although preparations are already underway to deliver what could be CAMPI's most expansive and dynamic motor show to date.
“The 10th PIMS will mark a new chapter for the Philippine automotive sector. With more CAMPI members expected to participate, we are preparing the biggest and most diverse PIMS yet — an event that will showcase cutting-edge technologies, global models, and mobility solutions that reflect where the industry is headed in the years to come,” said Atty. Rommel R. Gutierrez, CAMPI president.
Aside from announcing the date of next year's PIMS, CAMPI also marked a major milestone as it officially launched its 30th Anniversary Coffee Table Book, a commemorative publication honoring three decades of unity, innovation, and nation-building within the Philippine automotive industry.
Present during the event included CAMPI Chairman Hon. Jose Chavez Alvarez, CAMPI president Atty. Rommel Gutierrez, and members of the CAMPI Board of Trustees, Executive Committee, and distinguished industry partners.
The Coffee Table Book serves as a visual and historical chronicle of CAMPI’s journey since its establishment, capturing significant industry developments, regulatory milestones, market growth, and the collective efforts of CAMPI member-brands in shaping mobility for Filipinos.
“This coffee table book is more than just a compilation of images and timelines; it is a celebration of our shared achievements as an industry. Over the past 30 years, CAMPI has witnessed transformative changes in policy, technology, and market behavior. This commemorative book allows us to honor the challenges we overcame, the partnerships we strengthened, and the progress that continues to move the Philippine automotive industry forward,” added Gutierrez.
