Car catches fire inside World Trade Center during MIAS 2025
The 20th edition of the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) experienced a minor fire incident last night when one of the cars on display caught fire.
The exact cause of the fire is still being investigated, but thanks to the swift actions of the safety marshals, the fire was immediately put out before it had a chance to spread. Only the car where the fire started was badly damaged in the incident, as the customized Toyota Supra beside remained unscathed.

There were also no injuries reported due to the incident, which is a relief, given that the fire could have easily caused nearby attendees to be caught in the blaze. Organizers of the Manila International Auto Show said that an investigation is currently ongoing to determine the cause.
Last but not least, organizers shared that the venue is safe, and the safety and well-being of everyone in the show remain their top priority.
