Jetour PH sold more than 1,700 vehicles last year
Jetour Auto Philippines Inc. (JAPI) made quite an impression last year. Despite being one of the newest brands in the country, Jetour quickly established itself as a standout automaker thanks to the growing number of Jetour vehicles out on the road.
Just last year, JAPI was able to sell more than 1,700 vehicles. While it may look small compared to more established brands, the models sold surprised us. Out of the 1,700+ units Jetour was able to sell, the automaker claims that half of the vehicles they sold were the Dashing. Meanwhile, the remaining 1/3 of vehicle sales in 2024 was the T2.
This translates to around 850 units of the Dashing sold last year while over 550 customers chose the T2 flagship SUV. With the number of Dashing and T2 SUVs populating the road, we won't be surprised if that number continues to increase.

In fact, Jetour capitalized on this last year when they launched the special edition T2 Terminator at the 2024 Philippine International Motor Show. Available in two distinct variants (Executive and Outdoor), the T2 Terminator features a more rugged-looking vehicle with additional equipment like an exterior luggage case, LED headlight protectors, Terra Grappler tires wrapped in 20-inch alloy wheels, and side protectors.
The automaker also launched the Dashing i-DM at the 2024 Manila International Auto Show. This one serves as the plug-in hybrid (PHEV) variant of the popular compact crossover and comes with a 1.5L turbocharged four-cylinder engine that's assisted by a pair of electric motors and a 19.7 kWh battery pack. This gives the Dashing i-DM a total system output of 326 PS with 545 Nm of torque and the ability to run on electric power for up to 100 km.

With Jetour Auto Philippines Inc. on the rise, we can perhaps expect more of them on the road as the automaker plans to bring new models later this year.
