2025 Jeep Wagoneer S revealed with over 482 km of range

Earlier this year, Jeep wowed everyone when they revealed their vision for an electric luxury 4x4 in the form of the Wagoneer S. At the time, they only released several images and details about the upcoming EV. However, they did confirm it will have four screens on the dashboard and a powertrain capable of cranking out over 600 PS.

Fast forward several months later, Jeep has officially revealed everything we need to know about the all-new Wagoneer S. Serving as the brand's first global battery electric vehicle (BEV), it will serve up over 800 Nm of instantaneous torque, a claimed range of up to 482 km, and the ability to go anywhere without using a drop of fuel.

We already know what it looks like since the first images came out last January. But as a refresher, the Wagoneer S looks unlike your typical Jeep. With an emphasis on a sleek and daring design, the all-electric Jeep trades boxy looks for cutting-edge aesthetics. From the thin LED headlights & taillights to the sloping roofline as well as the flush door handles, the Wagoneer S looks like it's cutting through the wind.

The Wagoneer S also comes with its own unique grille that differs from its ICE stablemates. However, it still comes with 7 slots which has been a hallmark of the Jeep brand since. Size-wise, the Wagoneer S measures 4886mm long, 2123mm wide, and 1645mm tall – making it a midsize crossover electric SUV.

At the heart of the Wagoneer S is an electric motor that doles out a healthy 608 PS and a staggering 837 Nm of pull. Power is then sent to all four wheels which allows the all-electric Jeep to catapult itself from 0 – 97 km/h in just 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 200 km/h. A 100 kWh battery pack gives the Wagoneer S a range of over 482 km and can be quickly recharged via DC charging from 20% to 80% in 23 minutes.

Since it's a Jeep, the Wagoneer S is equipped with 4x4 tech that will allow it to cover any terrain. The Selec-Terrain traction management system features five distinct modes; Auto, Sport, Eco, Snow, and Sand. But given the lack of differential locks, we're guessing the Wagoneer S is mostly for light trails.

Hop inside and the Wagoneer S welcomes occupants into a stylish and tech-laden cabin. As mentioned before, the Wagoneer S comes with four screens – resulting in a total resolution of 45 inches of usable screen space. The screens consist of a 10.25-inch interactive display for the passenger, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, another 12.3-inch that serves as the infotainment display, and another screen for the HVAC controls & other in-car functions.

Other key features present inside the Wagoneer S include a 19-speaker sound system from McIntosh complete with a 1,160 amplifier & 12-inch subwoofer, LED ambient lighting that has 64 selectable colors, a dual-pane sunroof, high-quality synthetic leather seats, heated & ventilated seats for both rows of seats, and a plethora of smart driver aids.

With Jeep entering the electric arena with the Wagoneer S, can we expect Inchcape Philippines to bring the all-electric SUV? Perhaps we'll find out in the not-so-distant future.
