Flood-affected Ford customers can get 20% discount on parts, 10% discount on labor until Aug 31

Last week’s stormy (and typhoon-filled) weather caught everyone by surprise after it resulted in several cities & communities getting flooded in Luzon. With vehicles also affected by the recent floods, Ford Philippines is giving its customers a helping hand.

Ford Philippines is offering discounts on parts and labor to Ford customers whose vehicles were damaged by flooding and heavy rains brought about by typhoons Crising and Emong. Affected customers can avail of a 20% discount on parts and a 10% discount on labor costs for repairs from authorized dealerships until August 31, 2025.

“In light of the recent typhoons and flooding that caused damage to vehicles, we are extending special discounts on parts and labor to assist our customers, allowing them to get back on the road with confidence and peace of mind,” said Joyce Laxamana, Director of Ford Customer Service Division.

With Online Service Booking, customers can conveniently book service appointments anytime and anywhere at their preferred Ford dealership. They will also get instant confirmation of their booking, as well as modify the booking on the system.
