Ford PH launches Mustang Mach-E RWD variant for PHP 2.599M

Ford Mustang Mach-E RWD revealed with up to 615 km of range

Ford Philippines is charging ahead in its electrification journey with the addition of the limited-edition Mustang Mach-E Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) variant. The new model complements the Mustang Mach-E All-Wheel Drive (AWD), which was launched last year.

The Mach-E RWD variant offers Filipino customers a sophisticated blend of the iconic Mustang DNA, exceptional efficiency, and an optimized driving range, making it the ideal choice for those seeking a premium, long-distance electric SUV.

The brand claims the Mach-E RWD is designed for drivers who prioritize range and a classic driving feel. Powered by a single permanent magnet motor on the rear axle, the RWD variant produces 276 PS with 525 Nm of torque and delivers a smooth, responsive, and engaging experience. On a full charge, Ford says the Mustang Mach-E RWD is capable of traveling up to 615 km.

Despite being a RWD variant, this particular variant of the Mach-E still comes with plenty of features. These include selectable drive modes (Whisper, Engage, and Unbridle), One-Pedal drive system with regenerative braking, the E-Latch door system, ActiveX synthetic leather seats with 10-way power-adjustable front seats, a 15.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, and a wireless charging pad.

When it comes to cargo space, the Mach-E is rated to carry 402 liters with the rear seats up and is extendable to 1,420 liters with the rear seats folded. It also has a frunk, which provides an additional 80 liters of storage space.

Last but not least, the Mustang Mach-E RWD comes equipped with the Ford App. With it, owners have the ability to manage their Mach-E right from their mobile devices. Features include Remote Start / Stop /Climate, EV Charging Status, Battery States of Charge, Charge Session Details, Start / Stop Charging, Target Charge, Departure Times, Preferred Charge Times, Charge History, and AC Charge Rate.

The Mustang Mach-E RWD is available at a starting retail price of PHP 2,599,000 as Ford is extending a PHP 500,000 cash discount from its standard retail price of PHP 3,199,000 and an additional PHP 100,000 cash discount for the Grabber Yellow color.
