Star Wars-themed Dodge cars promote The Force Awakens movie
Dodge has revealed a trio of Star Wars-themed vehicles in Los Angeles as part of the brand's support for the upcoming film, Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
The American automaker said that the Star Wars-themed Dodge Viper ACR, Charger SRT Hellcat and Challenger SRT Hellcat will enable fans to take photos and videos with them.
In addition, Dodge's trio of Star Wars-themed cars will be touring Los Angeles in order to promote the brand as well as the Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie.
The two white Hellcats are sporting a First Order Stormtrooper-themed livery, while the black Viper ACR is inspired by the villain Kylo Ren.
Both the Charger SRT Hellcat and Challenger SRT Hellcat are equipped with a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine that delivers 717 PS and 880 Nm of torque. On the other hand, the Viper ACR comes with an 8.4-liter V10 engine that generates 654 PS and 813 Nm of torque.
Last August, Lucasfilm announced its collaboration with FCA US and six other global brands to promote Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie. In November, Fiat displayed a custom-painted 500e Stormtrooper, inspired by the armor of the First Order Legion during the Los Angeles Auto Show.
