Ayala’s ACMobility to open more than 30 new charging locations this April 2025
Ayala Corporation’s mobility arm ACMobility, is surging forward with its plans to add more charging points across the country. Recently, the company has outlined new plans in its ongoing expansion of the country’s EV charging infrastructure at the recently-concluded 2025 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS).
From having over 70 locations nationwide, ACMobility is set to grow its EV ecosystem further with more than 30 new locations set to open across the country this April. By the end of the year, the company also plans to equally increase its charging points to over 700. This will allow for wider accessibility for more users as part of its mission to “Charge Forward”.
“2025 is a pivotal year for ACMobility as we intensify our commitment to advancing transformative mobility across the Philippines. We have expanded our network and have integrated cutting-edge technology to improve the overall EV charging experience. By increasing the number of fast chargers at our stations and expanding our footprint into underserved regions, we are creating a more accessible, convenient infrastructure for EV owners,” said Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, CEO of ACMobility.

More than accessibility expansion, the new ACMobility charging locations will address the broader needs of EV users by prioritizing not just convenience but connectivity and sustainability as well. The stations will be thoughtfully located in traffic hotspots and key travel routes across cities and regions, helping reduce range anxiety among drivers, promote EV adoption more seamlessly, and future-proof the overall transport system in the country.
The new charging stations will also be complemented with the introduction of SuperFast and UltraFast Chargers. Both chargers have the capability of charging up to 480kW, which will help significantly enhance the EV ownership and charging experience for more Filipinos nationwide.
In addition to expanding urban locations, ACMobility is extending its network to connect cities and rural areas — including interregional links, such as the northern loop from La Union to Ilocos Norte to Tuguegarao and the Panay region covering Antique, Iloilo, Roxas City, and, later this year, Aklan.

In Mindanao, the EV network will be further extended to the cities of Iligan, Butuan, Valencia, Digos, and Tagum — additions to current charging locations in Davao and Cagayan de Oro. These sites contribute to ACMobility’s goal of creating a nationwide charging backbone that can ensure reliable infrastructure from Pagadian to Pagudpud.
“Our goal has always been to break down the barriers to EV adoption for Filipinos nationwide. With this continued expansion and innovation, we are excited to drive the Philippine mobility industry further than ever before. By doubling down on our efforts this 2025, we continue to future-proof the industry and empower every driver to embrace a cleaner, more efficient way to travel,” said Carla Buencamino, Head of Mobility Infrastructure at ACMobility.

During Holy Week, ACMobility will ensure that charging services continue to operate. Power-on-Wheels will be stationed at Petron Lakeshore and Shell KM 77 Mexico, Pampanga, from April 16 to 21 to provide support to users on the road. POW locations and charging services can be found and availed through the Evro app, where users can charge up to a maximum of Php 1000.
For those hitting long drives or are planning for future trips during this time, most ACMobility Charging EV Charging Stations will remain operational, with regular hours at Seda Hotels, Arbor Lanes, Vermosa, AGE Golf Club, Beach Club, BGC CC1, BGC HSBC, Vertis North, Harbour Point, and Solenad Nuvali.
Meanwhile, select Ayala Malls and BPI branches will close on April 17–18:
● Ayala Malls The 30th, Ayala Center Cebu, Ayala Malls Feliz, Ayala Malls Capitol Central, and Ayala
Malls Commonwealth
● BPI: BPI Magallanes, BPI Commonwealth
Locations like One Bonifacio High Street, Glorietta 3, 6750, and Fairview Terraces will also observe brief closures. Meanwhile, all dealership charging stations will be closed for the Holy Week break.
