Jetour Dashing gets a Lamborghini Urus makeover for 2026 model year
It's been over two years since Jetour Auto Philippines Inc. made its debut in the country, and one of the vehicles that immediately stood out is the Dashing. Serving as the brand's stylish compact crossover offering, the Jetour Dashing features a high-tech cabin and a sleek exterior that's reminiscent of the Lamborghini Urus. Heck, we've seen some Dashings on the road that come with Lamborghini badges, which surely attracted some looks.
We're not entirely sure if Lamborghini would be fond of the resemblance, but that hasn't stopped Jetour from making its crossover look just like the Italian super SUV. In fact, Jetour has just revealed the 2026 Dashing facelift, and boy, does it look even more like the Lamborghini thanks to the updates.
Immediately grabbing your attention is the heavily redesigned front end. Not only does it get new LED headlights, but the bumper and grille design now closely resemble the Urus. While there are some noticeable differences, it's hard not to notice some of the similarities. Perhaps the only telltale difference between the two is the Dashing's higher roofline and slightly altered headlights, which differ from those of the Urus.

Also worth mentioning are the new grab-type door handles. They replace the flush door handle design from before, which looked nice, but could be prone to damage. The wheel design is also new for the 2026 Dashing and is available in 18- and 19-inch sizes, depending on the variant.
Last but not least is the rear, which still looks relatively the same since the wraparound LED taillights have been carried over. However, it now comes with a more aggressive rear splitter and a quad exhaust system, although we won't be surprised if the latter is purely cosmetic.

Hop inside, and Jetour was busy giving the Dashing's interior a makeover. While not a drastic change, the revisions translate into a more ergonomic and sleeker cabin. Gone is the traditional gear selector on the center console as it now has a column-style shifter. There's also a new touchscreen infotainment system, LED ambient lighting, and an updated center console with dual wireless charging pads for smartphones.
Other key changes featured in the Dashing include an updated digital instrument panel, new leather upholstery in various colors, and a new Huawei-based infotainment connectivity system.

Under the hood, all remains the same as the 2026 Dashing continues to be powered by a 1.5L turbocharged four-cylinder engine. It makes 156 PS at 5500 rpm along with 230 Nm of torque between 1750 – 4000 rpm. Power is then sent to the front wheels via a 6-speed wet-type dual-clutch transmission.
With the refreshed Jetour Dashing now available in the PRC, we're curious if Jetour Auto Philippines Inc. (JAPI) plans to bring the updated crossover to the country. Perhaps we can expect its arrival around next year.
