Kia surprises with EV4 hatchback version
Kia is gearing up to hold the world premiere of the latest additions to its EV lineup – the EV4 and PV5 on the brand’s EV day in Tarragona, Spain. But apparently, there’s another surprise for Kia’s newest stylish sedan – there’s a hatchback version.
That’s right. Kia has unveiled the exterior look of the production-ready EV4 sedan along with its hatchback counterpart, and a GT-Line version that amps up its dynamic character.

As expected from its concept version, the EV4 sedan has a unique silhouette with a short nose and a long tail, almost fastback style rear end. Apart from aesthetic purposes, the unique styling maximizes the EV4’s living space with wide-opening doors and an expansive trunk for cargo.

It’s the first time we’ve seen the EV4 hatchback, sharing similarities with the bigger EV6 for its silhouette but sporting a different taillight design and a more upright C-pillar to set it apart.

Both the hatchback and sedan versions roll on machined two-tone 19-inch wheels with a squarish design while the GT-Line version has a more triangular motif on its set of wheels, along with wing-shaped front and rear bumpers for a sleeker look.
For now, that’s all Kia has shared for the EV4 but more detailed features along with the interior design will be revealed on February 27 at Kia’s EV day in Tarragona, Spain.
